CLINI-GESTION has been structured to let its users personalize the product. The personalization can change as the business changes. Preferences are available to modify the appearance and results given by the application so it fits better the clinic needs. The appointment's schedules are totally adjustable by the user and direct data access for modification give this product a great user-friendly view and have given it an advantage over its competition.

Overall : appointments and visits management software, along with the following components and visual objects.

APPOINTEMNTS :

• daily and weekly schedules shown per professional and date, rooms schedules, with immediate access to other objects. Characteristics like multiple appointments visual assignation, automatically see only working days, add or delete appointment spots, color for each appointment, ... available in each schedule
• total control on appointment schedules creation and updates, with the choice of flexible dates and times periods, according to established typical professionals availability, and being able to choose the quantity, the interval in minutes and days of the week
• automatic deletion of old appointments, number of days away controlled by a parameter
• patients recalls list for their appointments, utilization and update on screen as a schedule
