My day at the clinic ( Treatment, Payment )

09:30 Mr. Bourassé comes back to the reception desk after his treatment, our professional Mr. Lemieux brings me the patient file while talking to the patient. I click on his name in the schedule grid, I choose « Treatment » and the accounting screen is shown.

Automatically a new visit is created and the date and professional are filled. The focus is at the Code box in the Charges grid and all I need to enter is an « A » to represent an adjustment.

I see some money in the patient's hand, I have to enter a payment. I click on the column title « $payment » in the Payments grid. A payment is inserted with today's date, same professional as the visit and his balance due amount of 28$ is placed in $payment box. The focus is at the « Method » box. Mr. Bourassé gives me his money and all I need to do is choose the Cash method from the method box's list.

I go back to the schedule screen with the shortcut Ctrl+Q (or the menu). We see that his identity is placed in the white rectangle in the upper right section, meaning this mode « Multiple assignation appointment ». I move the schedule to next week with the date field box's calendar.

Again I simply need to click in the name field of the time and day required, and that assigns the appointment. Since in his patient file we already specified « Jacket » in the field Frequency and made the field Recall checked, his appointment indicates a recall to be made checked and the appointment note field shows « Jacket ».

09:40 Mr. Giguère calls in and wants an appointment for Wednesday with our professional Sonia Tremblay. I click on Professional while I agree verbally to his request, I choose "Tremblay" from the professional's list, Mrs. Tremblay's schedule is shown and I see that Wednesday 10:10 is available. Mr. Giguère accepts this time so I click on the name column of this 10:10 spot and the patient search list is shown. I type « gi » and the list moves to « Giasson, etc... ». I see Giguère Réjean, I double-click on it. His appointment is confirmed.

Ah! I love it. Fast, precise, pleasant.
